Please fill in this form for each person attending if sharing accommodation. Final date for bookings and payment will be April 15  2026. If you intend on paying in installments please select that option. Payments can be made via Paypal or EFT direct deposit. 

Bookings will only be considered final on receipt of your deposit. Cancellation policy: $350 non refundable deposit. 100% refund for cancellations 60 days or more, 50% payable for up to 30 days before, No refund for less than 10 days prior or no shows.  

PLEASE NOTE : If the event is cancelled or postponed you will be notified to reschedule at a new date or make arrangements for your refund.
