You are an amazing human and so grateful for your time and help today. I do feel we will need more sessions to heal going forward. Today has been so incredibly informative. I have learnt more about my father than I ever would. Today has changed my understanding about why my dad is who he is and why he struggles with addiction. I feel more empathy for him.
