Refund / Cancellation of Sale Policy
At Soulled Healing, we are committed to providing high-quality healing, wellness, transformational, and educational services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to bookings, subscriptions, workshops, retreats, online services, and digital offerings purchased through our website or directly from us.
By purchasing or booking any service with Soulled Healing, you agree to this policy.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of spiritual, healing, wellness, coaching, educational, and digital services, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection laws.
Soulled Healing reserves the right to refuse refund requests where services have already been delivered, attended, accessed, downloaded, or substantially used.
2. One-on-One Session Cancellations
2.1 Client Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by written notice sent to:
Cancellation Terms
More than 48 hours before appointment:
Eligible for rescheduling or credit toward a future session;
Refunds may be considered less any payment processing or administrative fees.
Within 24–48 hours before appointment:
Partial refund or rescheduling may be offered at Soulled Healing’s discretion.
Less than 24 hours before appointment:
Non-refundable.
No-shows or missed appointments:
Non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Monthly Subscription Cancellation Policy
3.1 Subscription Cancellation
- Clients may cancel monthly memberships or subscriptions at any time.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date.
Important Conditions
Cancellation stops future billing only;
No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods;
Access remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle;
Subscription fees already processed are non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Workshops, Courses & Group Sessions
4.1 Cancellation by Client
For workshops, online programs, courses, or group healing sessions:
Cancellations more than 7 days before the event may qualify for partial refund or credit;
Cancellations within 7 days of the event are generally non-refundable;
Tickets or bookings may be transferable with prior written approval.
5. Retreat Cancellation Policy
5.1 Retreat Deposits
- Retreat deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- This is due to retreat planning costs: including venue reservations, catering, and administration expenses incurred in advance.
5.2 Retreat Balance Payments
If a participant cancels:
More than 30 days before retreat:
Partial refund may be considered less deposit and administrative costs.
Within 30 days of retreat:
Payments may be non-refundable.
If Soulled Healing is able to fill the cancelled space, partial credit or refund may be considered at our discretion.
6. Digital Products & Downloadable Content
Due to the immediate access nature of digital products, the following are non-refundable:
Downloadable meditations;
PDFs;
Digital courses;
Recorded sessions;
Membership resources;
Replay access;
Audio or video content.
7. Failed Payments & Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Soulled Healing first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
Suspension of services;
Cancellation of memberships;
Removal of access to online content;
Recovery of outstanding amounts and administrative fees.
8. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Soulled Healing
Soulled Healing reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services, sessions, retreats, workshops, or events due to:
Illness;
Emergencies;
Technical issues;
Insufficient participant numbers;
Safety concerns;
Circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where this occurs, clients may receive:
Rescheduling options;
Account credit; or
Full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
9. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
- Soulled Healing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under the South African Consumer Protection Act or other applicable laws.
