Please fill in this form for each person attending if sharing accommodation. Final date for bookings and payment will be March 15 2026. If you intend on paying in installments please select that option. Payments can be made via Paypal or EFT direct deposit. 

A programme of events will be sent to you when you finalise your booking. Bookings will only be considered final on receipt of your deposit.

Cancellation policy: R600 non refundable deposit. 100% refund for cancellations 60 days or more, 50% payable for up to 30 days before, No refund for less than 30 days prior or no shows. If the event is cancelled for any reason outside of our control – you will be rebooked once we reschedule or granted credit for future retreats or services.
